Terms & Conditions of Business

1. Definitions

Provider: Leosh Cleaning, located at 18 Fengate Close, Chessington KT9 2BF, United Kingdom.

Customer: The person or business booking services from Leosh Cleaning.

Location: The address where cleaning services are delivered.

Premises: The property or business site receiving services.

Services: Domestic cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning, one-off cleaning, and related services.

Charges: The agreed hourly or fixed quotation.

2. Provision of Services

Leosh Cleaning agrees to provide all services with professionalism, care, and skill according to the agreed quotation and booking schedule.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• Quotes are based on Customer-provided information.
• Additional charges may apply if property conditions differ from the original description.
• Minimum booking times may apply depending on service type.
• Pricing may be hourly or fixed-rate.

4. Equipment & Cleaning Supplies

• Access to electricity and water must be provided.
• Customer-supplied products must be safe and suitable.
• Leosh Cleaning may refuse unsafe products.
• Use of bleach or harsh chemicals is at Customer’s own risk unless otherwise agreed.

5. Health & Safety

The Customer must ensure the Premises are safe for cleaning staff. Leosh Cleaning reserves the right to stop or refuse service if unsafe conditions are present.

6. Insurance & Liability

• Public liability insurance may apply where applicable.
• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours.
• Leosh Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or faulty fixtures.

7. Complaints Policy

Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Leosh Cleaning may offer corrective action where justified.

8. Payments

• Payment is due upon service completion unless agreed otherwise.
• Accepted methods: Cash or Bank Transfer.
• Late payments may affect future bookings.

9. Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours’ notice – No charge
• 24–48 hours – 50% charge
• Less than 24 hours – Full charge

10. Regular Cleaning Services

Regular customers must maintain agreed schedules. Repeated cancellations may lead to service termination.

11. Non-Solicitation

Customers may not directly hire Leosh Cleaning staff for private work without written permission for 12 months.

12. Confidentiality

All customer information is treated confidentially and used only for service-related purposes.

13. Service Refusal or Termination

Leosh Cleaning may refuse or terminate services for safety risks, abuse, non-payment, or misleading booking details.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
